"...Live a life worthy of the Lord, pleasing Him in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God." Colossians 1:10
At the Women's Connection we know the Lord has created us each unique. Our journey is our own, but God wants us to walk side by side - sister with sister. We want you to know the Lord, grow in your relationship with Him and then help others do the same thing. We invite you to join us just as you are, and know that you are accepted.
The Women's Connection offers a variety of encounters - something for women of every age - to receive support, encouragement and to grow in the knowledge of God. Whether you are married or single, young or old, new to Orange County or a long-time resident, we think you will find a place at the Women's Connection!

Gray hair is a glorious crown; it is found in the way of righteousness. Proverbs 16:31 We are blessed to live in the age of "Clairol" and "L;Oreal", but the fact remains, growing old with christ is a wonderful thing. It is our desire to honor these women, our Naomi's and mentors. Enjoy an encouraging speaker and a relaxing morning with friends, as you are reminded just how special you are to God - and the rest of us too!

"Seek justice, rescue the oppressed, defend the orphan, plead for the widow" Isaiah 1:17
Orphans & Widows. Who are they? An orphan isn't just the carrot-topped girl who breaks out singing "The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow". Literally this passage in Isaiah declares that children who are without fathers, and wives who are without husbands - they are our responsibility. That would translate: Single Moms.
Psalms 68:5 reads, "A Father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in His holy dwelling. If He is the Father to the fatherless, then this is an incredibly important issue to God! And if it is important to God is must be important to His Church." It is our desire, through the arms of Women's Connection, to embrace these families. |
